The City of Houston extended a contract to an independent contractor to consult and train office staff during a closed session meeting Monday, Oct. 21.
The contract extended to Tonya Foster is not to exceed $3,000 and will expire April 1, 2025. Hourly wage is $18.50.
Tim Ceplina, Ward II alderman, was absent from the meeting. The vote passed unanimously.
