As I’ve written about fairly recently, I admire the flying ability of turkey vultures (a.k.a. buzzards).
I don’t think there’s any debating that the United States is currently experiencing an unprecedented level of division among its citizens.
I was recently talking with a woman I know pretty well who runs a business in the area.
As I’ve mentioned many times over the years, the frequency with which old sayings are used in the English language is amazing and fascinating.
I was listening to a radio program on a recent morning and a subject came up in a discussion that really caught my attention.
Like many people I know, I consider fall to be the best time of year.
I have to admit, I was somewhat disappointed when I heard the news that the Campbell’s Soup Company was going to change its name to simply the Campbell’s Company.
So now the subject in the crosshairs of society’s steady tumble is one that is arguably about as important as any: Parenting.
As I was witness to a bit of history earlier this week, I also got to take in a couple of fine examples of togetherness and teamwork.
These days, it’s hard not to feel bewildered by the mind-boggling amount of nonsense that’s going on and the irrational mindsets being adhered to by so many people.
